Very kind, and gets to point

If you are just looking for someone to do some simple paperwork, then this might be the right place. If you have an issue where you'll have to hash out some nitty gritty court room drama, then don't waste your money, because this is NOT the guy. Let Zeisler handle a simple custody case, BAD MISTAKE! Spend the money, and buy a better lawyer, or save the money and just agree.

Mr. Zeisler recommended me to eat at a pizza place during our hearing. That's twice now that I've been sick off of his recommendations. I dont think he met his obligations as an GAL fully. His recommendation was pre-written before trial without fully investigating his case. I really wish he had done more for the $400 I was ordered to pay. It's difficult to make money in the hot Florida sun for a DV getting ripped off by the VA.

I've hired Jeff zeisler for two different cases. Divorce court & child visitation from my son's father. Divorce went great he completed this within one or two meetings. When it comes to children it's a little more complicated so you have to be more prepared with every conversation and use anything that physical shows what kind of parent you are. we hired a home investigator I personally don't think she helped my case, court is more for Father's having just as much rights as the mother. It could be good either way you look at it though just hard on the child. He's affordable, reasonable, and non biais. I've know Jeff for quite some time from family, I grew up with.He treated me as a client just like he would anyone else. Very professional. Sometimes his case loads may be high and you may not hear from him all the time but when you do he gets right down to business. Really important to tell him everything up-front that may help your case.

Jeff is very personable, compassionate, and an all-around nice guy. Most of all- he is FAIR. If he can’t pursue a particular legal issue, he refers you to someone very reputable who will. I, fortunately, don’t see him often but when I do he’s always pleasant (and before anything he always asks how my son is doing). I love Jeff to pieces and refer him to anyone who needs a consultation, referral, or legal help.

Takes a non-bias approach-parents may not be use to this but its hard to hear the truth sometimes. Fair and uses a common sense approach with children. Great experience
