Rick has been my attorney for 4 yrs now, he helped me with my divorce as well as helped my father with his will and other documents. Rick is a genuine, kind and understanding attorney.

Best attorney

I couldn't leave less than one star.... Do NOT under any circumstances use this firm. 3 days before our court date (that they didn't call and tell us, we found out by a third party) they informed us that due to THEIR error, they never sent the paperwork to the father of the child being adopted nor did they file the publication that was requested over a month prior. We had to take the paperwork to the father and pay to have it notarized. When Rick decided to call us back hetold us that we either paid him the rest of what we owed him or he wouldn't show up for court and that WE needed to take the high road... I'm sorry but if I pay you almost in full up front to do a service that service should be taken care of in full. It was not and it caused unnecessary stress and a great deal of inconvenience and agravation... No sense of organization and beyond unprofessional. I will be grateful never to have to deal with them again. Please save yourself the stress and aggravation... I honestly had a panic attack at work over this. There are too many professional firms to use this one.

We had several routine legal documents prepared by Mr. Rieser for my elderly Mother. Mr. Rieser was very patient and explained everything to us in a way my Mother could understand. I will be calling on them again should we need any legal services in the future.
