I hired Sean after an automobile accident while at work. Sean navigated the tangled web of workers comp, multiple insurance companies and my employer. He took all the stress out of the situation which allowed me to focus on getting better and In the end he negotiated a settlement which paid all my medical bills, reimbursed those who needed to be and left me with a nice sum of money for my pain and suffering.

He was very informative and responsive to all of my questions, no matter what time of day. Very family friendly, I have recommended him to several of my friends that have used/loved him. Personable and great to work with. Will continue to use him for all of my needs.

Mr. Heffernan assisted me with my original case, basically getting the charges dropped with minimal disruption to me. Then ultimately, got the charges expunged altogether. A+ treatment. Thanks

Sean was extremely professional and attentive to my thoughts in regards to my case. Always got back with me in a timely fashion if I had concerns and was thoroughly detailed when walking me through the processes that were to occur. I appreciate his strong sense of honesty and having my best approach/interest in mind. The outcome was what we wanted and I will always trust his opinion going forward. This place is straight trash so I got a letter saying I owe them for a loan I told them I can try to make payments eve month and I went and payed them two hundred dollar which that said they never got thank hob for tacking numbers than my five month old child passed away I let them k like I’m behine on bills due to my son unexpected death and still call me about some dam money still I’m have problems after my son death things got bad can’t really work due to me not really being able to handle the fact tht he is gone it’s just so sad because places don’t care about nothing tht go on this is a prime example and the part that make it even more for black people

Very disappointed. Not timely at all in making house calls or returning communications. Bases dicisions on school and school location and not total well being of child. She is not good at discerning truth and smoke screens. She is afraid to make decisions and gives very poor advice. She showed up late to court and made everyone including the judge wait on her. Then she had no facts or any notes to read off. She stumbled on her words and forgot the questions. Very unprofessional in court but seems to be great at being social in the lobby. When her money management mistake was pointed out, she refused to reply back. Did you think your poor service wouldn't get noticed? I've had several other attorney's to compare her with. Very disappointed.

I was appointed ty his attorney as the guardian or my children last March. After my ex could do not it comes up with his half of her fees, he dropped the case. Mrs Hall advised me that I would receive my $500 back since she never met with myself or my children. Almost one year later and numerous calls and emails, I am still without my money. I'm as sofrustrated because she won't return my calls. Definitely dissatisfied
