Joe Auciello represented me for two issues. I got a ticket for driving without a suspension. Joe got me into the L.I.P. program, which only look a few minutes to inform you on how to get your license valid again, and managed to completely get the ticket removed from my record. The second offense involved a higher misdemeanor and a minor misdemeanor. Joe got the minor misdemeanor dropped, and the higher one reduced to a minor misdemeanor. So looking back at my record, it appears as though the higher misdemeanor never happened at all. He knew my judge and has a great relationship with the butler county prosecution because he spent much of his career working for them. He was never to busy to answer my legal questions and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend him. If I have issues in the future, because I usually do, lol, I know who to call.
