In my opinion, a company that places an article with a comments section and then does not print the comments can not be trusted. This was the case with an article written by Sam Warden. If you are not prepared to print peoples comments then don't have a comment section. Your article intimated that your firm is affiliated with Clark Howard which is probably not the truth, is it, Mr. Warden?

My wife and I had a drunk driver rear-end us at a stop light on Christmas Eve in 2011! Merry Christmas! Needless to say I still have lower back issues due to the 40 mph impact. We where out of town visiting relatives when this occurred and at the time I felt that the pain would go away after a few days of R&R with the relatives, it did not and got worse. I made the mistake of refusing Medical treatment at the time of the accident because I wanted to get on with my Holiday. This turned out to be a mistake because the insurance company was initially being very stingy about giving me even enough funds to cover my medical expenses! Mr. Tobergte was not only able to get my medical expenses covered, but also a healthy check that I feel was commiserate to the pain and suffering I endured in the months that followed. He and his staff answered all my questions and kept me up to date through the whole process. I would definitely use Mr. Tobergte in the future! McKenzie & Snyder is a very professional and effective Law Firm, and I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in a bad situation like I did!
