I applaud not only the speed and efficiency of McKenzie & Snyder in reaching an acceptable settlement so quickly, but in Felicia, who responded to all of my concerns throughout the process. She was always knowledgeable and willing to search for answers when necessary.

After my accident getting a lawyer was the last thing on my mind. After months of going around with the other persons insurance I decided I needed help. I reached out to McKenzie and Snyder and from day one I never felt pressure or anxiety. They expalined everyting clearly and made sure I understood everything. Even though in the middle of my case COVID hit they still worked just as hard to settle. I believe they are very fair, hardworking people. Everyone I dealt with in the office was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again!

My first time ever going throu this and been in an accident. Got hit by a 18 wheeler and they handle my case very well. The lady Beth I was working with kept me updated on every details and help and explain to me when I had questions or got confused. Honestly I will say this is a blessing too me how much my settlement was even thou I got hit lol. I would recommend anyone to them. First ona list❤️

STAY CLEAR OF THIS LAW FIRM, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. IF THEY CANNOT BE A TRUE FIRM OUTSIDE OF THEY COURT ROOM THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROPERLY REPRESENT YOU INSIDE OF THE COURTROOM FOR AN INJURY CLAIM. WHEN YOU REACH OUT TO THEIR OFFICE, YOU GET NOTHING UNCOOPERATIVE AND ATTITUDE. THERE ARE MORE HELPFUL FIRMS IN THE AREA.
