After being involved in my first roll over accident with an uninsured driver, McKenzie & Snyder LLP helped me reach the best possible outcome. They were more gracious and understanding than I could have hoped for and took into consideration my ignorance and reoccurring questions due to never being involved in anything like this before. I will forever be grateful for these people and their continued efforts they put forth! They helped me after 2 car accidents last year, both of them being settled. They were very nice and informative. Becky is the employee I spoke with the most, she was amazing. Still in the process of the aftermath of a car accident. Was contacted by them within 24 hours of my accident but have not really heard much from them. My case was approved for coverage by the at fault insurance company over 2 weeks ago and I had left a message with Liza (the paralegal on my case) explaing so. Again had never heard back. I've had to miss work and was looking to get a loan, the loan company contacts the attorneys and thats what prompts my paralegal to call and say she was just informed by the insurance company that coverage was approved. ( this being 2 weeks after I already called her to tell her this.) Anytime I do talk to her ,she seems very uncertain about anything involving my case, does not make me feel secure or taken care of by any means. Not saying this is the fault of the office itself but definitely of this certain employee. I'll leave an update after all is said and done tho. Hopefully things get a bit better

I was in a car accident. I was not at fault . I never thought I would need to get legal help because the gentleman that hit me admitted fault to the police. He gave me permission to take a picture of his driver’s license and insurance card. My vehicle had to be towed from the scene of the accident , it was not drivable. I contacted his insurance company (Grange) the next business day to discuss the steps I needed to take to get my vehicle fixed. The adjustor at Grange did not return my calls in a timely manner or give me any helpful information. The adjustor told me they needed to do in investigation to see if their insured was at fault and he would get back with me. After 9 days with no help from Grange I knew I needed to take legal action to get my car fixed. I googled car accident attorneys in Ohio and came across McKenzie & Snyder. I reached out to the office and explained my situation. I received a call from a nice lady by the name of Jennifer Hoover. She let me know my rights and talked me through the process and what to expect. She comforted me and let me know McKenzie & Snyder will fight Grange to get me what I was entitled to by law. As soon as Grange Insurance found out I retained an attorney they immediately told me they were going to proceed with filing the claim on my behalf. I politely told them I will not discuss anything with them and to contact my assigned attorney Joe Paley at McKenzie & Snyder. Joe worked to get me all of the compensation I was entitled and the diminished value of my vehicle. I’m so happy I choose McKenzie & Snyder. So if you are like me, involved in a car accident and it’s not your fault. Contact McKenzie & Snyder right away honestly it’s the best thing you can do.
