This law firm came to my side and they really are looking out for me. People don't understand it's not the pain and suffering so much. Hard workers work through the pain and I'm in manufacturing it effected my every day not being able to use my fingers. They stood up for me when the opposing insurance company did their normal routine. So I am very great full for a positive interaction and personal involvement they've shown me.

Everyone there is wonderful! They really work hard for you! I worked with the paralegal Jennifer the most and she was really nice and very thorough in keeping me informed about everything. Not to mention, I was more than happy with my outcome. I would give more than 5 stars if I could and I definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough great things about this firm. Matt personally drive way out in the country to my house & explained exactly how everything would & could possibly work. He was very professional & down to Earth at the same time. Lexie was amazing! She was friendly, thourough, efficient & very likeable. She kept me up to date on everything that was happening with my claim & encouraged me to call with any questions. Even though my claim was just a small claim, they both made me feel like I was the most important client they had. Matt once again drove 2+ hours to bring me my checks & explain everything to me. I'm so glad I went with McKenzie & Snyder. The whole thing was quick & pain free. Lexie & Matt did ALL the work & took care of everything. They are both huge assets to this firm. I highly recommend.
