He's very honest and straightforward about expectations and possible outcomes but also skilled at working circumstances into your favor for any scenario. Mr. Wirsch was awesome in helping me get child support after years of trying on my own. He also was able to put in a few motion to help with visitation exchange, taxes and a few other things! Mr Wirsh is a wonderful listener, first and foremost! I met with him in the beginning... after a free consultation of course, and he took the time to really understand my case. I was filing for divorce. We discussed how to proceed over the phone, through email and in person. Ultimately, my case dragged on for almost a year and he never seemed impatient. He helped me gather facts & build a case without hesitation. In fact, I filed this case twice and with every question... with every step... he explained it until I understood it. He was also interested in me not wasting my retainer balance. For instance, he would check in periodically and group several informative meetings together. He wasn't just contacting me every chance he had because he was getting paid by the hour. He also got to know my schedule, and quite frankly, how easily I got nervous. So, he knew that when I sent him several stressed-out emails and was reaching out to him for advice, that what worked best for us still, was touching base weekly, and walking me through the process at my pace.
