She did a terrific job of explaining each step of the process in my case, both ahead of time and then again as we approached those steps. Worked with Darren on a “long shot” of a case and he was absolutely amazing. He had a game plan from the beginning and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Santina helped to to finally resolve my long drawn out divorce. She was fantastic with being transparent and patient all along the way even when I needed thing explained different ways so I could understand. Santina stayed dedicated and supported my side of the case through and through and kept me up to date with updates through the very end of my case. Additionally, the office staff was pleasant and helpfully any time I needed to go in to the office.

If you’re looking for a lawyer that will advise you to make decisions in your best interest do not hire Darren McNair. I offered to my 70 year old parents to help them hire Darren. He claimed he could help represent them with a business contract dispute. Once he received my 1,500$ deposit he didn’t do anything besides send some emails to the opposing parties lawyer. He never even offered any help in maybe writing up a new contract and to get both parties to agree. He only insisted that my parents sign over a liquor license on a breached contract (from the other party, not my parents) just so my parents could keep paying for this lawyer. “Watch out” is all I can say to the people looking for help from this guy

Attorney McNair has some professional issues that need to be addressed. I wasn't fond of his approach during litigation in a personal case years ago and his immaturity and disrespect for the legal process stood out to me.
