I have had nothing but great experiences with Lardiere McNair, LLC. I have used their services for multiple of reasons. I specifically have worked with Darren, who is extremely responsive and level-headed. He has great insight and the experience their team is unmatched elsewhere. Darren and his team produced our Last will and testimony, Revoc living trust, POA (financial and living), and Living wills. The turnaround time was impressive and we now have documents that we can reference for years to come. They were affordable and quick to respond in any case. I also used their title agency, Capital City Title Agency, LLC to sell my house. We had a two week turn time between being in contract to closing. One of those weeks, Darren was on vacation. He reassured me he had it under control and would meet the deadline. He did just that. Even with Covid-19, he was able to support the closing on time. The responsiveness and attention to detail was critical. I also worked with Chad and the team to produce demand letters for some personal reasons. Those were solved with little time invested by myself after only a short call to give him the details. Documents were drafted and settlements were met very quickly. As you can tell, I had great experiences, and I would absolutely recommend their office to family, friends, and anyone else looking for legal support.
