I’ve been working with Willis, Spangler, and Starling since 2021 (Tyler and Darcie, mostly) and the things they’ve been able to accomplish with my case still astound me. Kelly A. Willis, senior partner, alleged owner of this firm, couldn't be any more rude and disrespectful to her clients. After waiting nearly two years and having multiple legal staff, paralegals, in this firm assure me I had a strong case, Kelly finally catches up enough on her work to contact me and coldly inform me she would not pursue a case. One year and eight months later! Admittedly, her firm took on extra cases they could not accommodate and the clients are the ones who suffer. No empathy, no concern whatsoever for the negligence of the staff and firm. Just "too bad", case closed. Terrible business ethics. I've never in my life filed a complaint or contacted a lawyer and I fully regret putting my trust in these people.
