Britton Hicks did a fantastic job with my new SSDI claim. I found her based on online reviews, she did not disappoint! Anytime I needed to get in touch with her I typically did so via email and she always responded promptly. So many times I sent my email to her assistant and Hicks would be the one to either email me back or call me to respond to my email. I feel like her personal involvement made all the difference. My SSDI application was filed around Jan 2021, I then connected with Hicks in March 2021, and my SSDI case moved very quickly, thanks to Ms. Hicks. With her, I was able to secure a video hearing that same year (November), and my case was settled by the end of the same year. After all the things I'd heard/read from other applicants I was shocked and extremely pleased to resolve my claim in kess then one year. I am soooooo thankful i found Britton Hicks and I highly recommend her. THANK YOU BRITTON!!!!!!

The attorneys here are very straight forward and to the point. Which is something that is hard to find in people .I have sent multiple people here who were in need of an attorney .They go above and beyond to help also let me know things that I did not know on my rights as this happens sometimes and they did not have to tell but kept me well informed good or bad .I have not one bad thing to say and not enough good things to say .Not only do they file all paperwork for you which I thought I had to do self but no they took over everything and kept a huge load off my shoulders and Kept me informed every step of the way .If God forbid anyone is in an accident please keep this firm in your mind .You will not be disappointed. They are above and beyond what anyone thinks or expects from an attorney .They also helped me with my other attorney as I first used someone else after it was not getting anywear a doctor recommended willis Spangler and starling I felt trapped with the other person .This firm quickly helped me and guided me in the right direction even before I chose to continue with them .I have no regrets in letting them help me and take over my case I wish I had known about this firm In the beginning .I will continue to use them when and if I should ever need to again They really took all the stress off me and allowed me to get better without any issues at all .Even with my mind being hard on my self they still found ways to explain to me They have it all under control not to worrie about a thing which is hard for me to do I can not thank them enough and will continue to do so .
