Rachel and her staff went over and above the call of duty to help me achieve fiscal resolution to my legal issue. She wasn’t always available to talk but was always responsive via text and email when in court out of the office and even on vacation. I feel she earned her percentage cut.

I was fired from my job for refusing to change out of my surgical clothing off the clock when by law I should have been paid. Emailed this firm on a Saturday evening. Didn’t hear anything Monday so I call them Tuesday. I get a call saying they have enough cases. I asked to be sent to another office. The lady on the phone said that’s all offices. Might want to put that your no longer taking cases on your website before you waste their time. Unprofessional firm. Don’t waste your time. They are booked as they told me so they won’t take your case.. avoid this firm. They are booked solid. That’s what they just told me. This firm has to lie and said I yelled at him. Mr. Friedman said he would look at my case, then turned it down again. Do not use this firm.. I told the truth. Make potential clients look bad is what this firm is about. They have 2 other 1 star reviews and this firm did not respond to either, one says something similar to mine..Also they say on their web page their attorneys work on a contingency fee and I was told they don’t.

I had problems with a landlord not listing a property I had to move out of early. I was still paying rent until he found new renters but I couldn't find the property listed anywhere. I contacted this law firm and explained my situation. They resolved the situation within a couple of days. It only costed me $200 vs another $1000 of rent. They do a great job of staying in touch with you until the matter is resolved. Great personnel!
