I was lost; Mr. McClenaghan made me feel at ease right away. I feel that he genuinely cares about helping me sort my probate issue out.

Charles handled real estate lease contracts, problematic tenant issues and a property sale for me over the course of a year and most of it while I was out of town. He kept me regularly up to date with ongoing issues and fully advised of my options for resolving issues that arose. I have the highest confidence in Charles and his associates.

This lawyer is not trustworthy. He has been disciplined in past for ethical issues. Trust me, nothing has changed ! Best advice, stay far away from this lawyer !

Charles McClenaghan is an excellent attorney. His knowledge of estate planning far exceeded my expectations, as I have had a previous experience in establishing my own Trust and Will. His explanation of all my mom wanted to accomplish with updating her Trust, Will, and Durable Power of Attorney was concise and very understandable for both of us. He is a true gentleman.
