Chad Stonebrook, Taylor Agler, and the rest of the team at Lardiere McNair did an excellent job with our personal injury case involving a slip and fall that should never have happened. They were very helpful and responsive to us throughout the process. They showed that they cared about us personally and understood our situation, and that they wanted as fair conclusion to our case as possible. Darren McNair also got involved, and we appreciated that as well. We highly recommend this law practice because they handle themselves as every attorney should--with care and integrity. They certainly put necessary time and effort into our case; we never felt like they were taking shortcuts. At times you may not like the advice, but you know they know what they're talking about and that it's in your best interest to heed their advice. The paperwork they submitted at various times was very, very thorough and well done. No lack of energy, effort, resources, or caring in our case!

It was suggested to me that I find a lawyer with a legal issue I was having. With no point of reference, I did a search off of a geographic location. The first place I called, no one answered. Same with the second. The third dumped me into someone’s voicemail. What I really needed was to speak to a live person to find out if my issue was valid. They may have been the fourth place that I called, but Cheryl answered the phone. I explained my issue to her and she booked an appointment for me with Chad Stonebrook the same day. There is great value in picking up the phone. Chad listened to my problem without interrupting. He asked a few questions and then had the suggestion of a demand letter to start. We would see if that would produce the results I needed and if not, move from there. I agreed and less than 24 hours, they sent me an engagement letter which I signed and returned along with all of the evidence I had gathered. Aline Write responded to all of my questions very quickly. She was patient with me over every email and detail. Within a few days, I had a draft of the demand letter which was sent for my approval. It was perfect. I was included in every step of the process and kept informed of everything that was happening. The communication was excellent. I appreciated that they moved quickly and were very thorough. I’m sure there isn’t a whole lot of money in it for law firms when they just generate paperwork. Despite that, I felt that I was treated like an important client. My case was processed like it mattered whereas another firm may not have bothered. By doing that, they gained a new client and I will be contacting them first for any legal issues in the future. I'm glad that they picked up the phone.
