She kept us informed every step of the way. Patient, professional, understanding, knowledgeable. Payments were reasonable and she worked with us on payment plan when needed. Jonathan Bartell genuinely cares. There has been so many numerous times when I had called him in panic, since the whole process can be overwhelming. Súper buena atención y disposición siempre, muy acertado en todo. Llegué a Estados Unidos con visa K1 fiancé, trabajé con Jose Juarez para mi ajuste de status y todo fue muy acertado y rápido, a las 6 semanas de someter la petición yo ya tenía conmigo el permiso de trabajo y el social security, y siete meses después de haber sometido los documentos me llegó la residencia, ni hablar de lo exitosa que fue la entrevista, Jose y su equipo prepararon demasiado bien los documentos y a mi esposo y a mi para las preguntas.
