I strongly recommend JP Sarmiento Law Firm!!! They are far by far the best in the business! I must have called and emailed them over a thousand times asking questions and they always had a quick response. I have heard many stories of people having horrible immigration lawyers that make false promises and then take your money without really helping you and that's why I am so thankful for JP and his teams of professionals they have never steered us wrong and they were always there for us. When talking to them over the phone or on skype you can tell that they really care about your case and they really do everything to help you with it.

This law firm made me feel that I had a family working with me, not just a law firm. My wife and I can not praise them highly enough, and as it turns out neither can the immigration officer who interviewed us. The officer said they did a very good job with the preparation. Like everyone else posting their experiences with Sarmiento Immigration Law Firm, mine was as great as theirs. I tried to ask different law firms near where I live, as many as possible to get their opinion regarding my case but only JP was the one who gave me answers as fast as he can(This is due to the time difference) for free. I only communicate with him through emails, that time, and he responds to all queries that I have everyday until he was able to explain to me all the things regarding my case. I got married to a US citizen with a B1 visa and all the while I thought that having an old J1 visa from my country would be a hindrance in my green card application. JP, amongst everyone, is the only lawyer who explained and asked to me in detail the things that are written in my J1 visa. He did all of that even before we hired him. When my husband and I decided to go with their Law Firm everything went smooth from the day we started the application until my green card application was approved. Jp and his team handled my case very well because they always update me when they receive notices from the Immigration regarding my case. I would not hesitate to recommend and hire their firm, if there are any immigration case that I would need to file again.

I worked with Glen Yu for my wife's green card approval. He has a lot of experience in immigration and just got all the processes done without any issues. He always response and answer all the questions very professionally. Nothing i can say will lead you to believe how happy it made someone who's cases were nearly impossible to reopen. I called many local attorneys in fresno, CA and was told there was a 3/4 chance i was going to be shut down and that i was asking for too much. I Googled similar cases day and night upon learning that three of my I-130 petitions for my siblings had been admin closed or denied due to abandonment years ago, 5 years ago. I was not notified by USCIS and never told when would call in for the 9 years it showed up as processing online. As a last resort i called JP who is across America from me and he calmly walked me through the process he went through for a former client who was in the same boat as me. Sure enough after a year of each case being taken action on, all 3 cases are reopened and APPROVED. I can never thank this man for what he and his team did for me. They saved me from having to reapply for them and totalling an approximate 25 years of waiting for them to come to the states. You would be wasting your time t go with any other attorney than JP and his team.

It was really a phenomenal experience working with Sarmiento Law Firm. I hired them for my J1 visa waiver. The experience was totally satisfying and well worth the money I spent. They respond to email and call promptly and they really care for you. This is the kind of law firm that I am going to recommend to everyone. Also my case is special and the process took longer than was previously expected. But they work with me patiently and attentively and never ask me to pay more than what we have agreed. I would like to thank Atty. Jp and his associates. They are all very professional and honest with what they do (something you rarely see in a law firm, in my opinion of course). I rendered their service when I needed my J1 waiver and everything went smoothly and I got my waiver. The legal fee is very reasonable. He answers all my emails and every time I call his office and he is in a meeting, he would always call back. Then I filed for my green card and rendered his service again because of the success of the waiver. I got my Green card for about 5 months. Everything went smoothly, actually during the interview, the IO did not even ask us a lot of questions, and he has all the paperwork that he needs, very well prepared by Atty. JP's law firm. I know that for some people being married with an american citizen should just be easy when it comes to getting a green card but hiring Atty Jp's law firm and not have to worry about the paperwork and stuff, I would do it in a heartbeat. You cannot put a price on "stress" and atty jp's firm is just great with what they do.

I had Glen Yu from Sarmiento to file my US permanent residency application through NIW. Overall, the whole process went smoothly and it simply takes about five months for my wife and I to received our green cards after submission. Glen saved lots of my time on material preparation as he collected all the materials I sent to him via emails and mails and prepared all the application forms for us.
