I hired Ann to represent me in a custody case involving my daughters. SHE WAS WONDERFUL and affordable ! The case ended up going the way we hoped. Ms. Vaughn was instrumental in helping my daughter resolve an employment dispute. She was prompt and professional and helped to solve the issue without any further problems. She was responsive to my and my daughter's concerns and explained everything to us in a way that was easy for us to understand. Ann helped me with a personal, employment situation and truly helped change my life. She always communicated with me and stayed in contact. She would have me review each draft prior to her sending it out so I knew exactly how it was being handled and what was being said. She not only was very informative and knowledgeable, but kind and truly understood my situation and guided me with her advice. I will always be grateful for her and awesome work.

Very unprofessional. She would call the other party she is not defending to try and sign papers that do them no good. She will call and insist to do things her way instead of going to court.. She works behind doors doing the worst never looking out for the child best interest instead looks out for her pocket… Do not hire this lawyer…

She a crooked lawyer who defends only crooked baby mommas. She calls the fathers of her clients kids and try to rub it in their face and talks with a sarcasm and smart mouth. She defend people she doesn’t have no idea who they are. If you want a lawyer that will defend woman when she wrong and as soon as she knows she will loose in court she will drop you as a client and withdraw her claims

I had to talk to Ann S. Vaughn few times and every time she was very eager to help me out. She returned phone call right away and send email correspondents immediately. She offered her advice many times.

Andrew Simon has represented me as a divorce attorney since the mid 1990's in what turned out to be a horribly contested, ugly divorce, with several young children involved. I truly believe our family would not have survived, and eventually flourished, without him as a mentor/attorney throughout the ordeal. He was the rock of rationality, the keeper of the faith, the person of reason when there appeared to be none. I can never thank him enough for his help and insightful direction throughout this very long, painful, and arduous endeavor. When other attorneys' were promising the moon, Andrew was the bastion of reason, "we do what is best for you and your children". That was the mantra, and again, our children have survived the divorce and each is successful in their own right, in spite of their dysfunctional parents' and the trauma divorce brought about. Unfortunately, it takes two to make peace, and only one to make war. Andrew tries to make peace for the benefit of all involved, especially the children. Mr. Simon has a unique amalgamation of talents, being not only an excellent divorce attorney, possessing an intimate knowledge of the law process, but also having an exceptional insight into the psychology of the family during it. Personally, I think this exceptional combination of expertise should be a requirement for any attorney specializing in divorce. I rarely, if ever, give endorsements, but in Andrew's case, I would most highly recommend him to anyone going through a divorce.
