Attorney Joe Penko was the initial contact person who informed me of my options and assured me that my situation would be handled. After our discussion, Eva Plaza as well as Elizabeth Fox kept in contact with me. Rebecca Mounts has been the main Legal assistant aiding me with my case and has been extremely helpful.

This place commits fraud I do not have a case with them I did not hire then but they stole money out of my account and will not return my phone call.

Absolute waste of time and money after going through 2 attorneys and spending over $20,00.00. I found it to be a waste of money to continue this with Cordell on Cordell. During this process I was kicked out of my house order to pay child support and spousal support which equalled roughly about 90% Of my income. Again found to be a waste of time and money I think I would have gotten the same result if I were to went with a cheaper attorney office.

I hired Cordell&Cordell law firm since I received a letter from my ex-girlfriend's attorney stating that she and our daughter were moving to Florida. Robert D Vizmeg waited for the Ohio Revised Code to be amended by my Judge, judge John P. Quinn, to then file on my behalf when the Residential parent was supposed to file to Intent to relocate. Once Robert D. Vizmeg scheduled court and filed the motion to contest the Intent to relocate, he had a conference call with the opposing counsel when he learned that he never properly filed the Intent to relocate or properly serve the courts, CSEA or myself. The he deliberately lied to me stating that we can't go to court since the opposing lawyer never filed it, now stating that his Client never intended to move in the first place. Cordell&Cordell law firm then missed court to then make the notification for relocating to Florida inadmissible in court. Don't let Cordell&Cordell law firm or Robert D Vizmeg take advantage of you like they did to me; a Veteran fighting for his daughter!
