Mr Spears and his office handled my legal problems so wonderfully! They listen to you and explain anything and everything to you and treat you like a human being! I can’t express how much they helped me and especially Lacey, she always had answers anytime I called and had questions. They will forever be where I go when I need legal advice and/or counsel! Highly highly recommend!

this was a tough case for the laywers at David Spears. How ever between lacey brewer and dave spears they got us through it in on of the hardest times of my life. I give 20 stars out of 5 for there hard work and consideration for my mothers estate. I know i bothered lacey at least 2 times a week. My dad and mom trusted mr spears with the estate work. I really appreciate the spears law firn for there paitiance with me. I would highly recommend them. And mr spears secretary lacey brewer is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! AGAIN 20 OUT OF 5 STARS FOR M. THERE GREAT DOWN TO EARTH PPEOPLE.

Great law firm

I must say, the best lawfirm in the area for a workers comp claim. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure that not only was I taken care of regarding the final settlement, but more importantly, when it came to medical issues, they fought and won every issue that came up. David was honest from the start, and Matt treated me and my claim as not just a number, but as a person. Shelly and the other ladies in the office did more than just paperwork, they ensured any issue was taken care of ASAP, and knew me by name as soon as I walked into the office. If you want the BEST in the southeastern Ohio area, get Spears and Associates!

I went in this office in 2013 and was greeted by the late secretary Vicki. I then went in and met Dave and I knew right away he would take care of my workers comp needs. I’m not sure exactly when I met Matt and the secretary Shelly, but they always treated me like I mattered and took care of every situation that I was confronted with throughout my workers comp situation. Dave, Matt, Shelly and the late secretary Vicki are/was top notch and I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them. Thanks for the 7yrs of hard work for me and always taking care of every situation that arose in my workers comp battle.

This lawyer office is the best one around for fighting workers compensation case they know what there doing and been doing it for a long time. They have my most up respect. They have done everything they could do for my husband in the time he needed the most. I would recommend this lawyers office too anyone that needed it. Unfortunately they have took a very big hit this pass couple of weeks there secretary of MANY years has passed away Vicki was a great person to have on there staff and she will be missed.
