I was fortunate enough to be taken care of by Mr. Brian Cremeans. He has been absolutely awesome from the beginning. Before we even met, he had already done an incredibly thorough job researching my case and getting the available pieces together; that said, when we did meet, he was attentive & took the time to listen to all I had to say, and addressed every concern I could conceive--which weren't many, considering he answered most of them throughout! Brian was also excellent at communicating and keeping me up to date, and was very accommodating on many fronts, considering I'm from out of town. Friendly, respectful, professional, thorough, dedicated, & proficient--I couldn't have hoped for a better attorney!

In my opinion this may be the worst attorney in Ironton. I don’t suggest anyone to use him ( Mark MCcown) I used him for my divorce and paid him close to $10,000 and in the end I lost my business of 20 years. I got all the debt her and I had together. I had to pay off a credit card that she had in her name of $20,000 and had to write her a check for almost $20,000 cash and she got a rental house I bought before we were married. I walked away with a house that I had bought before we were married that she ran up a $100,000 line of credit on and I had to fight like hell to keep but I got the debt with it and I got to keep my truck that was paid for and I received a small check of what was left over after I was done paying her. That’s not the worst of this I will get to that in a moment so please keep reading. Normally I didn’t like or want to agree to this but he said this was far because I had some Equity in the house I was keeping not a lot but some and my truck was paid for. I’m sorry I forgot this she was supposed to pay me for a trailer that was mine that she wouldn’t return to me and the court told her she had to pay me for it by a certain time. Guess what she never paid me and in the end she got to keep the trailer too. So before I signed to finalize our divorce he said let me check all this and make sure it right and fair. So he’s doing all this calculations and says it all right and has me sign. I leave and this bothers me something awful and I’m running numbers in my head because now this is all I can think about but now the numbers aren’t adding up to me. I go back to see him at his office to discuss this matter again and ask him how I get all this dept and write her all these checks and this is fair to me how. His response to me at this time was ( YOU AGREED TO IT ) Now I thought this was my attorney and he work for me and I paid him to have my best interest not Mark MCcown. Ok I told you that wasn’t the worst of this divorce. The worst was I lost my daughter for almost 3 years because my ex would not let me see her even with court orders. She removed her from her school which is where I picked her up and dropped her off when it was my time to have her. She moved my daughter out of state and refused to let me know where they where and I called Mark MCcown constantly and in the two years it took the divorce to be over that man never returned my call one time and would not take her back to court for being in contempt. Please do not use Mark MCcown for anything unless you just want to throw money away. One more thing I get to pay her $715 in child support every month too. Mr. Cremeans is an excellent attorney. He got us into his office very quickly when I called him with our problem. He took the time to listen to all of our questions and concerns; then laid out exactly what we needed to do. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed of complicated legal procedures, updates in the case, etc... His knowledge of case law that was helpful to our case was impressive. His strategy for building our case was creative and very successful. I would absolutely recommend him as a defense attorney.
