literally just don't hire the guy at least in criminal proceedings or your definitely gonna regret it trust me your better off representing your self. I was charged with assault M1 and was offered probation my counter offer was M4 disorderly conduct. which Mr. Clark refused to even offer the prosecutor. I fired Mr. Clark instantly and represented my self and guess who got the charge dropped to a MM disorderly conduct 2 weeks later buy him self?

I’ve worked with many lawyers and been in many situations yet John was my lawyer for a assault case yet when at my pre trial he never even spoke to me he had his secretary talk to me and even though All the evidence was clearly showing I was acting in self defense I was still charged since he didn’t do his job
