Just spoke with Jim Timonere, shortly after creating a profile on LegalMatch. He was very helpful, considerate and honestly made my day. To finally reach someone who was just willing to to give their time and knowledge to help another really touched me. Id recommend at least giving this office a try!

I had a great experience with Jane Timonere..she helped me with my custody. She has been there for me through out all of it..yes she is not your typical Attorney, that's what I like about her.Down to earth..thats not what makes "a good attorney ". and yes, i would highly recommend her.

I had to drive back and forth from Nebraska multiple times, per her advice, to never once enter the courtroom. That not being obnoxious enough my exwife informed me later that she felt like every time she had seen Jane it was like sitting/dealing with an old hippy and not a professional lawyer...take that as you may. Working on real estate projects back in that area now and this firm came up as an option but after my previous dealing it will never happen again.

This woman is only for helping the fathers! She tries everything to have the child ripped from the mother! She will dig up anything from many years prior to use against you. I know this from previous lawyers! If you are a mother don't use her!
