I can 100% with all honesty say Eric probably number one force that helped us get out of Ohio. I'll never forget passing him in the courtroom on the way back to jail and the guard stopped the whole line of people and let me speak with him. He came up had a good talk with me did what he could do and when it counted he came through in the clutch and pulled some legal judo and got us out of Ohio. Free and clear no papers no transfers no BS this man is a beast

Eric is a good lawyer, I had fired another lawyer and got Eric who was 1000 times better then the lawyer I first retained . He did more in one day then the other did in a week , these people who gave him bad reviews as you see didn’t get what they wanted and blamed him , he can’t be the judge and the jury, but he told me straight up this is what it is this is what I can do he’s a good lawyer I have a lot of experience with the judicial system and can say from experience he’s one of the better lawyers

I retained Fink to do a simple deed transfer. He turned it into a nightmare which ended up w/ me filing a grievance w/ the OH Supreme Ct. Disciplinary Board. There are plenty of lawyers out there--stay away from this one.

Eric was recommended by his Wife to help with a criminal case that came out of a child custody case. He refused to respond to emails or calls. then once the court date arrive, there was NO preparation of myself or witness's. He threw me under the Bus that was for sure. he told me at the very last second that we won't win and the plead guilty to something i didn't do cause there was no way to win, because he didn't do his homework. because he didn't follow the leads i handed him. Do not want your money on this guy.

Eric Fink is my hired attorney to represent me in a family court matter regarding my child and setting custody and visitation with the other parent. Throughout the entire process from beginning to end it was like pulling teeth to get Eric to respond. Often times during the court dates, I would not hear from him to come to an agreement with my child’s other parent until the night before or the morning of our hearing. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Now that the order is set, I still have questions concerning my case and the order but it has been months since I have heard a word from Eric. Random promises of a call or response would be made and just as soon broken. I would not recommend Mr Fink to anyone I know.
