No one ever calls me or update me about my case . I’ve been tryna make a payment for weeks now and can’t because their system rejected my card end only can update it with a rep . Every time I speak with someone it seems like they don’t know anything or communicate with one another. My experience has been been unprofessional and horrible so far . I’m not happy at all.
