The attorney (Bruce) was extremely pleasant and helpful. The stress of my situation and worries were alleviated by his professionalism. His paralegal was AMAZING! She was so kind and patient with all my emails. My review only warrants 3 stars due to the lack of phone communication. Each time I had questions, I had to call an 800 number only to be put on hold. Several times while waiting for the next representative, my number in the que would be changed as if I were pushed towards the end of the line. This infuriated me since I had been waiting such a long time to begin with. Ultimately, I would hang up. On one occasion I called and decided to press the "new client" option. The person on the other end did answer my questions, however, informed me to use the other option in the future. From that time on I communicated via emails. So, I wrote this out to advise new clients to email thier questions and save time/frustration...filing bankruptcy is stressful enough!

I called this firm not knowing what to expect. I have to say that that I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the process. Big Thank you to Samantha K. Every question, concern, call and email was answered very promptly. All instructions were very clear. The payment plans that they offer are very convenient as well. Thank you Fairmax Law. Would recommend to anyone who feels they are trapped, and feels they have no where else to turn financially.

This is the worst experience ever. They sent me a link to take the money out of my bank account had me select a date. Just to take the money out of my pay check without warning. I set up a payment arrangement to pay off fees they never took the money out. Everytime I turn around I owe money for something that wasn't talked about. When ever I ask to speak to Aaron Kimbrell it's like I have to beg. I was told my court date was on day. Then I found out it was the following week several days later. This was the worse choice I ever made. Plus I had a scheduled meeting with arron he never called me back and still hasn't called.
