DO NOT FILE THROUGH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THE LAWYER HUNG UP ON ME FOR NO REAON AND THEY LIED AND SAID I CANCELLED AND WOULD NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY I EMAILED LORI THE PARALEGAL CONSTANTLY TO TRY TO GET MY CASED FILED SHE KEEP SAYING THEY CLOSED MY CASE BUT WHY CLOSE MY CASE AFTER I PAID MY NONEY THIS PLACR IS A SCAM YOU HAVE TO GO THRU SO MANY PEOPLE BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN TALK TO THE LAWYER

Call today July 5th, 2023, and completed the intake call with the receptionist and received a call back from Tammy. Per Tammy because I have zero income, I would need to put down a down payment of over $1,100. I explained that I will start a job next week on Tuesday. However, she advised that her office cannot assist me. Although I have completed the credit counseling course already and have basically completed all the forms on the Bankruptcy site myself including the fee waiver application that's allowed for low-income individuals and was still denied assistance from this firm. She talks really, really fast so make sure to ask her to slow down when talking to you, because as soon as i said hello she went right into her pitch and I had to ask her to stop and ask for her name and where she was calling from because she went straight to her pitch. Edit: I never once stated that I filed bankruptcy already. I stated that I completed all the forms online from the Bankruptcy website directly and have completed the credit counseling course which is a requirement. My purpose of contacting your office and completing all the required forms myself was to speed up the process, as I was looking to file this week with your office assistance. However, I was told because my income is currently zero (pending new job next week) I would need to pay a down payment as I do not qualify for the zero down payment since my income is zero until next week. Again, I have not filed any documents with the court as of today.

This process has been a breeze so far, I was not sure at all what to do or how to do it but Tammy, and Valentina have answered every question, worked with my crazy schedule and reassured me that they will do everything they can to help me the best way they can. It is very rare to find such amazing service anymore and when you do its surprising in the best of ways. Thank you ladies again for all of your hard work and effort made towards helping our family, you guys have made this process easy and have given our family a little peace of mind :)
