When my husband and I first met Ben, his closing to our meeting has stuck with me and to this day remains true. He said your job is to care for her, you let me take care of everything else. They refused my business after stating that I was rude and belligerent. I was promised a phone call back and never received one. That’s when the representative wanted to mention the day after that they have 24 hour window of calling people back. Mind you I called at 1:10pm the day before to be find a lawyer. I asked if they wanted my business or not, after not receiving a phone call. They took it as being rude and belligerent and stated that I need lose my attitude.
