She reminded me to not get emotional when going through my divorce. She was fair and objective but stood firm on the issues that was important to me, like my parenting plan and 401k. She was quick to respond to emails and gave me consultations over the phone and in person as needed. She also followed up timely with both the other attorney and the court. Her experience and professionalism helped me navigate through a very difficult time. Highly recommended.

I am going through a very complex divorce. Holly would take 3-4 days to reply my emails. Never answer the phone. I had to ask when to meet the guardian, I had to pretty much keep asking her things, if I ever got an answer, so I expressed that I didn’t think she was fighting hard as I needed her to, she quit on me leaving me with no representation. She sent my refund check to my ex husbands house even though she knew I reside somewhere else. I do not reccomend her.

Mrs. Regoli represented me towards the end of a child custody case that lasted approx. 3 years. My only regret is that I didn't obtain her prior to the start of my case. Very thorough, professional, and effective. I have always felt like myself and child were/are a priority with her. I have never had an issue contacting her and in fact called her to set up a meeting and was able to meet with her that very day! Great, caring attorney :)

Holly was hired to defend my son against false allegations, as well as to then pursue his parental rights. Defending these types of allegations can be difficult at least, and Holly was able to have the charges completely dismissed. We are still in the process of obtaining custody/parental rights and throughout the process Holly has remained dedicated and professional. I would highly recommend her to any friend or family member and will likely use her again should the need ever arise.
