I consulted Jason Donnell for some information on Grandparents Rights for visitation and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and very understanding about my rights . He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was very easy to talk to . If I should need an attorney in the future I will definitely hire him to represent me. I think for me , he is a five star attorney.... Thank You Jason

Jason was hired in the middle of my divorce case. I was very clear about the contentious issues and the uncooperativeness of my husband. Jason was very gung ho in the beginning but quickly faded away and sent his associate who I didn't even know existed to handle my case and she was incapable of going up against my husband. the day before trial jason told me he was not going to show up and that I was going to lose. He told me that I had to agree to anything they wanted so that I could come back later and get my kids. He never turned in my witness list, shared parenting plan, never obtained the other evidence I asked him for months ago and refused to submit the evidence I gave him. I was railroaded and forced to sign a document I did not agree with at all and then I got completely hosed on the stand and my husband got everything and I have to pay him. I was left with nothing, not even my children as of right now. Jason lied to me and did not care. He wasted the money I did give him. Don't trust him, when he does show up, he is good, but he seems to only care about high dollar cases and sends his associate to do all the work.

I was a client of Jason Donnell. He was my attorney for a very contentious divorce case which had, from the beginning, to go to the 6th circuit court of appeals Jason was very thorough in his investigation of the law and his presentation to the 6th circuit court of appeals. The law was very clear and Jason stood on the basics and intention of the law. Jason did an amazing amount of research to present the case. It was a case that he won for his client. He proved to the court the errors of unsupported grounds to impose child support for a 36 your old child. He was able to establish the true end of the Marriage. Due to the fact that their were no real minor children left in the marriage, he was able to prove that assets were to be split 50/50. Jason proved to the 6th circuit that the domestic court erred considerably in their interpretation of the law and as such were reversed on their ruling.
