I cannot express my gratitude for the help that Jason and his team has given to me. Jason, Heather, and Samantha make an amazing team. They kept in touch with me and encouraged me through the last 2 years. It's been a long journey, but God has ultimately worked a miracle through you, Jason. I am forever grateful for all the time and effort you put into helping me get custody of my kids back,, ( Something that seemed impossible). I will forever recommend your services to every person I come across who is in need of an attorney. You have helped me to understand that, when there is no hope, there is still hope. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Utterly disappointed with the service provided, or lack of. Had a custody case we used Jason for . The case was one hearing and one trial. Jason requested that we pay $5000 and insisted this would cover the cost of this case. Jason showed up to one hearing for 3 hours- and some emails, phone calls later he then later requested $5000 more to move forward for the trial. After declining to pay an additional $5000 we reached out with concern and asking for an explanation for where the other funding has gone and why are we being charged additionally for something he said would be covered. At this point we were given a deadline to pay by his secretary and told that he is too busy to speak to us and go over this reasoning. We tried to reach back out another time additionally and received no response from him directly. Needless to say he did not show up to the trial that he was paid to show up to and we lost the case. I would not use Jason and do not recommend to my worse enemy. He will take your money and leave you hanging out dry. (Sarcastically )- Thanks again Jason.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my money and nothing was done. Paid $5k and charged $2k for not even an hour in court then asked for another $4k to finish the hearing when I was told that the $5k would cover it all.

When I say they take your money and not do a damn thing. Emails and calls and yet nothing but yet I’m being charged for no progress. Been paying and yet I’m still where I first started when I hired Jason. Can’t even talk to the guy who took my money. They need to do better.

Jason was amazing, he stayed in contact with me and kept me up to date with everything about my case. Then when it came the day of court, he delivered. I HIGHLY recommend him and will be using him again! 10/3/2023

I was going through a messy divorce and Jason was excellent in court, questioning witnesses, and keeping me informed at all times. I came out of the divorce better than expected. Because Jason is such an awesome attorney, I decided to keep him on retainer for any future legal issues that may come up.

After thousands of dollars, no progress was made at all. When I mean no progress, my case actually went backwards. I am actually worse off now than before hiring Jason. There is an extreme lack of communication within his office. He apparently has a very hard time keeping paralegals. I have dealt with 3 in approximately a little over a year. It's hard to get things done when the employees at the office keep changing.

Unprofessional and overcharged. Charged $2400 to reimburse a few pages of a dissolution and to be in a court room for 15 minutes. Did not call or meet with me to go over things before showing up at court. During my initial consultation he advised me that I retain him for an issue that he later told me (after taking my money) I had nothing to worry about. He’s also very cocky. Absolutely would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

Jason is truly a professional. He helped put my mind at ease during a family court case while I was in a completely different state. Jason is intelligent, strategic, and really such a blessing to our family. You can tell he really puts time and effort into his cases. His staff is very friendly and helpful. All good things to say about Jason and his law firm. Highly recommend! Thank you Jason and staff 🙏
