Can be slow in working your case.

I do not recommend John Kasper. He was quick to take retainer money and but would not respond back to return un-earned portions of it. He came to court for his showing un-shaven and wearing mis-matched clothing.

This lawyer came off almighty arrogant and strong in his profession when requiring a hefty paid in full retainer - to get your business. However, once the retainer is paid, reality kicks in. The reality is this lawyer was WAY too busy with his personal needs plus his other business - owning property througout the lebanon community. He does not put ANY time into his attorney profession therefore his customer service, time frames, availability, and professionalism STINK!!! This "lawyer" would rather be a landlord than attorney as he hardly has time for his wage paying clients that rely upon factual, knowledgeable, and confident attorneys. None of which Mr. Duning possesses. Buyer beware!
