She is the sweetest person, she really takes the time to get to know you and was reachable any time I needed her. It’s hard to put yourself in other people’s shoes and understand the situation without living it- but she did an amazing job! I recently used Stephen Kilburn at Rittgers & Rittgers to represent me in a matter that started mild. It turned into a trail. Mr. Kilburn did an amazing job! He won my case! Anyone who knows OVI's knows to file a motion to suppress. Nick chose not to & my new attorney was denied that option. No police witnessed me operating a vehicle, no breathalyzer, and no field sobriety tests. Was handed a ticket while sitting on my porch drinking a beer. They wanted me to plead guilty to an OVI on just civilian witness statements. They had no proof. Just had more witnesses(who lied) and better attorneys. Pleading guilty to an OVI wasn't an option without losing my job and career. I wasn't going to plead guilty to an OVI which is what Nick wanted me to do. I took it to trial with a different attorney from a different firm and got railroaded. Should've never hired from Rittgers & Rittgers. My new attorney got screwed by the court as well. Learned my lesson the hard way. Good luck for all who do.
