I was involved in a car accident back in March that I was ruled not at fault for. I broke my wrist and had to have it surgically repaired. I had no idea what to do with all the bills, legal process, or how to deal with my insurance, let alone the other driver’s insurance. I had a friend recommend that I reach out to Rittgers and Rittgers to help with the process, and I’m glad I did. I had the pleasure of working with Barb Strady and her paralegal Danielle. They both helped me immensely! They went after the insurance companies and got me the money I was owed. The whole process was so much less stressful and painful than I thought it would be. Had Kevin Tierney as my attorney along with another co-counsel. Kevin is a thorough, detailed attorney who is extremely knowledgeable in many areas of law. He is also an extremely compassionate attorney who understands the dynamics of his clients. He knew how important my immediate family was to me and did everything in his power and negotiating strategies to ensure that I would be with them after the end of my trial. He will work hard to have charges dropped (or at least reduced) but will not give a client false sense of hope just to satisfy them. I have enjoyed working with Kevin for the past few years and have gotten to know him as he did with me both professionally and personally.
