Ok, originally I'd put 3 stars, because I haven't dealt with Attorney Boyd more than over the phone and once in person. However, I'm upping the star count because he was concerned enough to call and ask politely why I'd only given 3 stars. This actually shows me that he cares about his clients, and wants to give them the best possible service he can. So, thank you, Attorney Boyd. I appreciate the call.

John is a very good , down to earth approach no b.s., attorney. My son was lucky to have John as his attorney. John did a great job from start to finish easy to get in touch with and returns calls. If someone is in need of an attorney in the Mansfield / Ashland area I would definitely would recommend his services.

While we are still working with Attorney Boyd, I still wanted to give him his props for what he's done already. He is super knowledgeable, personable, and great at what he does. We will definitely refer him to friends and work with him in the future! Having him on our side makes me feel much better 🙂

So over Memorial Day week I went to visit a buddy of mine in Lake Mohawk, Ohio and on my way home I happen to get a speeding ticket in Mansfield, Ohio. When I looked up attorneys in the area John Boyd caught my eye and I can see why he has favorable five star reviews. Him and his assistant Aurelio really went out of their way to get a hold of me and answer all my questions. He got my speeding ticket reduced to a brake equipment violation so points wouldn’t accumulate on my license and this incident wouldn’t be reported to my insurance company. I live in Northwest Indiana about 30 minutes away from Chicago and if I had to appear in court it would’ve been such an inconvenience to call off work and drive five hours to make an appearance. I highly recommend attorney John Boyd and I give him and his staff five out of five stars for answering all my questions and getting straight to the point on the subject!

Very knowledgeable nice man

I had a consultation with Mr. Boyd about a family court matter. At the consultation he let me know about how much he would need to retain the case. While looking at the case he withheld some very important information concerning a motion that was actually in the process of being made to the case( which i later found out by another Attorney he should of very well been aware of when he pulled up the case). I feel like Boyd was dishonest. And far as a 3 grand retainer fee which other attorney's have stated is entirely too high is kinda of questionable.... If i hire you to work and represent me I'd surely wouldn't want you to be dishonest nor take more than what your entitled to. This is just my opinion, but if he knew or had access to information and withheld it from me(like the other attorney's stated) I don't want him representing me anyway. He maybe a good guy, but one thing you can't do is be dishonest because you won't get my money that way. I'll pay for the lawyer that is best fit. God bless
