I highly recommend Tim Loughry if you want to deal with an attorney that is knowledgeable and will take the time to explain things in understandable terms. They will get the job done and not overcharge for services. Overall a good experience.

Don't waste your time on this attorney his office staff are incompetent. Simple estate with no will took a year and a half. I wish I would have read some of these reviews before we hired him. I never spoke to the man except my brother-in-law talked to him at the initial consult which we had to pay for separately also. Once he is signed on he will do whatever he wants with your family's estate. Even selling it for less than what it's worth. Also dragging it out as long as they can because they never work they're always on vacation. Move on don't go here!

Don't waste your time or money they didn't even help me. They just wanted money and the case to be over please listen and go to someone else don't make the same mistake I did.

Waited 5 to 6 weeks for just a phone call back. I made many to Mr.Loughry with no luck. Didn't have a problem getting in for a almost $$$ dollar consultation. Let's just say I moved on to someone that is efficient and responsive.

I would not recommend Laura Knab as an attorney and ESPECIALLY NOT as a Guardian at Litem. Unless you want to lose your kids, she did not do her homework, she was bias from the beginning and never took into consideration what the kids actually wanted. She said that the children were being coerced as to what to say, when in fact they continue to say the same things over and over again hoping to get saved from a horrible situation they were in. What they requested she did the total opposite. She met these girls for maybe one hour total and decided she would place the kids in an environment they have threatened to kill themselves over. Being severely bullied at school and then physically assulted at that school. But She was dedicated to leaving the children in the primary care of a women they have only know two years (dads 4th girlfriend and 2nd baby mom in 3 years) when their father is only home 15 hours a week , has never maintained a solid relationship, and has no ties to the new community in which he moved with no back up plan if he gets dumped by the current women he is involved with . The professional counselor who was seeing the children said less time with mom would cause more mental harm to the oldest as she was breaking down crying in sessions and stating she needed more time with mom not less. But Instead of sending the girls back to a safe school with blood relatives and friends to care for them, before and after school and in a place they grew up all their lives Laura still saw dads s the best option. Mom had 3 kids, so those kids are her focus ,dad has 7 kids in his house hold and again is only home and openly admitted in court to being home only 15 hours a week. Laura decided Where both sets of grandparents live and both parents family resides wasn't a good option for the children but in fact a 2 year girl friend was the best primary caregiver. The parenting plan should have remained 50/50 with a school change or even 50/50 with no school change BECAUSE MOM IS NOT UNFIT but instead she advised the court to take the children away from the only primary caregiver they have ever had who raised them while their dad worked away their whole life. This women lost her children with no paternity established since the parents were not married at the time the oldest child was even born, there were no steps into plan to take for the mother to even be able to keep her children(even drug addicts get a 5 step program to get their kids back), NO DRUG TEST NOTHING. The oldest child said she didn't want to switch week on week off hoping for more time during the week with mom but Laura saw that as leverage to send the kids to dads and mom only see them every other weekend. She took the children from a safe , clean, very fit confident primary caregiver who raised the children their whole lives and dad wasn't even their for the birth of two of his biological children. Maybe someday when she becomes a mother and some one strips of her parental rights because she 'FIGHTS" for what's best for her children she will understand. Until she can place herself in the mother role she should not legally be allowed to make decisions for young children. Now dad will not work with the mother and what Laura said in her report if mom continued to parent the children she foreseen them not having a relationship with dad but in fact its the other way around. Dad wont let mom call still to this day because they are too busy with home work and when she calls they cry (clearly because they miss her) dad is now trying to medicate the children so they are easier for the girlfriend to handle , but in moms care there were no issues. Mom requested 3 months in advance for vacation with her children and dad said no. Basically the grounds for Laura to take her children was because she was hard to get along with, and her and the father of the children couldn't get along not because the mother was unfit. Not many parents get along but she could have recommended counseling instead of destroying this family.

Wow, never have I heard of such an unprofessional business relationship between firm lawyers, and their employees. It took eight (8) emails to garner one (1) response. A simple email and paper work needed completed, yet they insisted they had sent it. It takes a second grader to verify the contact information. After many e-mails, client had to ask what the e-mail they had wrote to was, to insure it went to the correct address. This was for client to retire after 41 years of service to a single company. Something that should be joyous. Instead they’ve drug out the process that shouldn’t take even 2 months even in the environment that is the Covid-19 response from companies into zero results after 6 months. If you’re really wanting any kind of timely or thoughtful service of which you would expect from a “small firm” go elsewhere. This is a quote from their Bio on their website which they have ended up completely negating themselves with their lack of communication and professionalism with some of their e-mail responses. “Our main priority is getting successful results for all of our clients. We strive to act in a professional, respectful manner at all times.” It’s almost like they took all of their short comings and the antonyms of such characters, namely Loughry, and transposed them into words to make them feel like they know what they’re doing. Go elsewhere, or don’t, after all it is YOUR time.
