Shara has been my attorney now for almost a year, and I could ask for a better, more helpful attorney anywhere else 😁

I was recently on a case that had been drug out for a little over 10 months, when Shara Baumgartel was hired to represent the opposing party. She came on the case and immediately pushed to try and get this case resolved in a manner that was beneficial for both parties. She has a thorough knowledge of the law and was an amazing asset to help mediate the issues so we could reach an agreement. Even my client who was skeptical that she could help end this was pleasantly surprised by how well she jumped in and pushed to get a fair resolution. I would love to have an opportunity to have more cases together in the future.

He did my brothers Cory case as a public defender. 1st time they meet he suggested a plea bargain, and said your going to do time anyway so it’s just a matter of how much time, and when he walks out of the room the deal was off the table. So who’s he really working for as a public defender the accused, or the da and prosecutors? And Rolf I’ll put a name on it no problem. John
