Very kind and very respectable. Works hard to get the job done.

The first time I was turned away. And it turned out to be a serious matter that could have potentially been disastrous. And I'm sitting here the second time. My appointment was at 3 it's now ten after 4. I mean this is rediculous why have appointments if you can't keep them in a timely manner.
