Barbara Luke is an amazing attorney. At my very first meeting with her, she made me feel heard, and got me started on the next steps of what I needed. During the next almost year of working with her, she listened to every concern I had. She listen to me cry, she helped when I needed, and she fought for everything I wanted. I highly recommend Barbara Luke. In the end of my custody battle, I got the result I needed. All thanks to her.

Barbara takes child custody cases, to heart. Everything we have wanted and dreamed for our family, Barbara helped us to achieve. She was always there when we needed her. Communication skills were strong with Barbara, as well. Always willing to have a quick chat, if needed. She was easy to talk to from the very beginning. She cares deeply about her clients, and wants to make sure that her clients get what they want. Barbara is a good teammate to work with. She made the court aspect easy. She helped my husband after a serious mistrial. She quite literally turned our lives around, for the better. Thank you Barbara, for helping our family! Attorney Luke assisted me with a custody case from January 2023 to July 2023 when it ended. She has also assisted me from July to 2023 to February 2024 anytime I reached out about the court order or other concerns. Although she is in another county, she stayed updated on the case and communication with me, and Listened to my concerns. Communication could have been better at times, but overall was responsive. Most times that I needed an urgent response, she responded. She is reliable and showed more consistency as the case went on. As a mother herself, she cares for children’s well being, as well as the parents. I would recommend her. At times, there were delays in communication but nothing that couldn’t be resolved. Based on her experience, she is very familiar with custody cases and knows the answer when needed. Thanks for your help!

STOP 🛑 Look for another lawyer! After a few phone calls not returned asking for the devolution of our money, we gave up! Our case was not even filed in court in we lost $2,500 in attorney fees that she did not work for it. She only wrote three letters and send two others. Nothing that she did cost $2,500 nor was the reason we hired her. I don’t think no one should hire her. In addition, she will not maintain communication with you, unless you call her to asks for the status. Constant communication is important and imperative when dealing with custody cases. Clients(parents or guardians) live the day by day waiting for a court decision, we depend on that. But, you did not even filed my case. You choose not to return my calls or to simply give the money back, cause you know is not right. DO NOT HIRED THIS “lawyer.” Thank you.

Barbara represented my son in a very hostile child custody issue. My son was still a teenager but very much wanted to parent his son. Barbara treated my son as an adult with great respect for his rights as a father. I cannot rave about Barbara luke and her representation enough!! I drove by this business and they have NO on issue 1 signs in their front yard. Issue 1 is designed to save us from the liberal abusers of our Constitution. I believe businesses should stay out of politics that is why I'm giving a 1 star. Driving by this place was a very bad experience for me.

Barbara and her team worked hard every step of the way. When working with her she makes you feel like you are part of her family. She puts her heart into each case.

Barbara Luke and her team gave me my life back. Divorce is hard. When the temporary orders initially came out I had 33 percent of my net income to live on. I only got to see my kids every other weekend. After having had them my whole life it was soul crushing. I fired my first attorney and hired Barbara. She took the time to learn my story. She learned the intimate details of the case. Within a few weeks she had completely shifted the momentum of the case, and got the ship going in the right direction. I had more time with my kids, and owed substantially less support. She coached me through each situation. I probably bothered her way too much during off hours, but she never complained. She patiently dealt with every nuance of the situation and guided me through each step to earn the best end result. I now have my children half time and owe a very small amount of support. The ending was a dream come true for my children and I. Barbara and her team are everything you dream about when you find yourself in need of an attorney. When you imagine what an attorney should do for you, that is exactly what they do. They care, they seek justice, they counsel wisely, and they deliver. Barbara represented me in a divorce and custody case. She worked closely with the Guardian Ad Litem and ensured that I was able to retain custody of my son, as he desired. She fought for a fair division of property and holdings. She was responsive and willing listen to my concerns and desires to be fair, but ensured that I stayed firm on specific boundaries. She was understanding of the anxieties I had during through this stressful process, but guaranteed I was properly represented and reinforced my need to stand firm on important items. Barbara made this picture possible. I can not say enough good things about her. I was fighting such a hard battle for custody of my two sons. i unfortunately lost custody in 2018, my husband found her and we immediately hired her and filed an appeal. Barbara was great, she shared tears with me and fought so hard for what was right. We unfortunately did not win the appeal but we never gave up, she allowed me to make payments and advised me to document everything. I was not giving up, and neither was Barbara. Fast forward to July of 2021 , we took the case back in front of the magistrate. I was confident that my sons would be returned home, there were so many times i felt helpless and hopeless. Barbara picked my head up and always reminded me of what was at stake. We still lost unfortunately, and of course once again Barbara did not stop. We filed an appeal, and in June 2022 my sons were finally returned home where they belong. I really can’t say enough good things about her. She was so empathetic of our situation, she works with us with payments. At the end of the day she never gave up, i put all the work in and she gave me my voice. In my personal opinion it can’t be easy in a small town going against a magistrates decision. She fought hard and I owe her so much more than money for what she did for my family. My kids are happy and thriving and I thank Barbara for that everyday.
