Unfortunately I was placed in a position to obtain an attorney for my daughter's safety. It was a situation that did not allow for time to be wasted. When I called Barbara Luke, she instructed me of steps I could take on my own through the courts without obtaining a lawyer. Once I was successful in obtaining temporary orders that very same day from her advice, I seeked out hiring her for the full trial. I called her and informed her that I won the temporary order for my daughter. She made time after hours that same day for me to come in. The full trial was set just 6 days away. It was the hardest trial I had to go through and am so glad she was there to represent me and my young daughter. I feel my daughter is now safer thanks to the advice and work that Barbara put into our case. We didn't work with her long but she understood the urgency and made adjustments to help us through a tough time.

Barbara Luke is an amazing person and an even greater Attorney. She is very empathetic and she knows what she is doing. She has been very helpful throughout my case. She has sacrificed a lot of her time and energy for my family at no cost. I would highly recommend. 10/10

I was fortunate enough, to find Barbara Luke in 12/2020, from another Attorneys recommendation. She was very prompt, in starting the proceedings to my case. In the end, and all that she did for me along the way, was " remarkable, and most appreciated!! " I learned so very much from her expertise in the law, and I will share with all, what most sticks in my mind. If you have something to say, re your case. First ask yourself.......Did I write this down ??!! If not, she will ask you that very question, so moral of my story, (Be prepared!!) :) Last, but not least, Barbara Luke is a Christian woman with alot of fight, and knowledge. Do not give this scam artist any of your hard earned money. She will take your money, make promises to help you, then ghost you. Your documents will not be sent to the other parties or filed with the court. Phone calls, emails and text messages will go unanswered. What's truly scary is that Barbara Luke is running for State Representative with the promise to bring about changes for women, yet apparently she has no issue with screwing over single parents who are desperate for help.

She gets one star for her ability to act as if she cares. She was notified by the court 8-1-22 of my change in counsel and has repeatedly refused to acknowledge my new attorney's requests to forward information or my request for a partial refund which is clearly due me. She herself has broken her own contract and I have no intentions of stopping with a google review. She appears to meet every trait of narcissistic personality disorder.

My wife and i hired Barbara and it was one of the biggest mistakes we could have made. We hired her to help with a custody case and she was horrible. We could never get her to answer our calls. She would go days on end without calling back or responding to our texts. She failed to deliver messages from the guardian ad litem, which resulted in us not being able to get schedulled close to our court date. my wife finally got ahold of her a couple nights ago and when she was expressing these concerns to her, Barbara was laughing at my wife! She is very unprofessional, and quite honestly just dropped the ball over and over again. We had to fire her and take a $4600.00 loss because she did such a poor job. I would highly recomend lookin elsewhere for an attorny, especially if your fighting for your kids.
