Tony Eufinger was recommended to us by a friend. At first, he seemed enthusiastic about our case, and very eager to get to work. It didn't take long before calls and emails were going unanswered, and it got harder and harder to get Mr. Eufinger to answer us at all. Mr. Eufinger told us in our first couple of meetings to hold off on handing over all of our evidence to him, saying he would ask for it when it was needed; however, when asked later whether he wanted us to turn over the rest of the evidence to help our case, he said that the statute of limitations had expired a couple of weeks before. At no time did he attempt to collect the evidence before the statute of limitations expired, nor did he warn us that there even was a statute of limitations. We would go for several months at a time with no word from Mr Eufinger, even though we could see online that there had been activity with our court case. If we asked for updates on our case, we were chastised like we were bad little children who were wasting his time. Most of what we know about our case is information that we had to find out ourselves by looking it up online. At this point, I did not understand how we benefitted from hiring Mr Eufinger. We could have saved the money we paid to him and done the work ourselves with the same result.
