I live in Michigan and have a somewhat complicated situation and was in need of some expert advice. Matt was recommended to me by a lifelong friend. He took the time to politely listen to my story over the phone and had some interesting insights. I felt he was truly listening. It was refreshing to talk to a lawyer with a down-to-earth attitude.

He gave me some good advice and direction with no initial consultation fee. Matt was exactly the person we needed to help through our Family law situation. We had spoken to many other attorney's and couldn't find one that we felt like we could trust. From the start, we knew Matt was different. He possesses a confidence and compassion about him where he's able to put himself in your shoes and provide objective and honest feedback to help you know how others have handled the situation and likely what the court's interpretations of the case could be. I contacted Matt about my upcoming divorce and he was more than willing to answer any questions I had prior to a phone consultation. I was unable to hire him due to location differences, but if he practiced in my residing county, I would have definitely hired him. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I have a difficult situation to handle, and Matt was able to give me confidence and make me feel at ease about what to look forward to. I feel like I'm missing out on an excellent attorney. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

It was an absolute joy to work with Matthew. We hired him to complete the adoption of our two children, and he met our needs with grace, compassion, and an absolute willingness to meet our needs. Adoptions, especially ours, can be high anxiety. Though there are always unknowns, Matthew knew how to make us feel at ease. Our questions never went unanswered, and we even had fun and laughed in the process. Should we need him for any future adoption that we may have, there is no doubt in my mind that we will retain his services!

I had about 4 questions regarding a possible divorce and realistically expected having to make an appointment and drop $100 for my initial consultation. I was pleasantly surprised when Matt answered all my questions over the phone in an easy to understand manner. He took at least 15 minutes of his time and Im certain he would have gave more if I had more questions. Needless to say he easily answered my questions as well. I will certainly hire Matt when I need a lawyer . Lawyers would not get the bad stereo type if they were all like Matt. Thanks !
