Maxwell Kinman is extremely intelligent and an exceptional attorney.

On October the 12,2022 Attorney Kinman called me and told me he and Veterans Affairs Attorney had reached an agreement that I would receive an extra schedule award and that I should hear something within 30 days. I asked Attorney Kinman to send me a copy of their agreement,but I never heard or received anything from him or his associates after repeated phone calls. Around January the second of 2023 I received a letter from the Veteran Affairs. stating claim denied. I have no written evidence of what was said in the agreement to support what he told me.I feel cheated and deceived because Attorney Kinman did not fight for me and refused to contact me to this day. Will someone please help me find justice?

I was facing a serious felony charge. Mr. Kinman helped me throughout the case. He was not afraid to go to trial, unlike other attorneys I met with. We ended up having a trial and getting the charges dismissed.

I feel he did not. Defend me to his fullest. He advised me to take a charge and not go to trial. 2 + it was the wrong of that ice me because now I accepted something that I did not do and now it's hurting me in the long run. I should have went to trial and made a better fault my case better.

For years I had been in a situation with the VA where I was attempting to get a service connected death for my deceased husband who was an Army veteran.
