My husband and I have been fighting for custody of his son for five years. When meeting with Christine we were faced with visitation from the child’s mother the father has had custody at this point walking in to visitation in juvenile court where we were told the first time ever going there that we had no chance of getting the visitation schedule we wanted however when meeting with Christine and having her as our attorney when we walked out of visitation quart we walked out with everything we had ask for and wanted I would highly recommend Christine she is a very honest person and very compassionate about what she does! She takes her clients wants and needs into consideration as well. If i ever need an attorney again it will definitely be Kristine !

I had no real experience with legal matters when I met with Kristine about my marriage dissolution. I was quickly put at ease by how thorough Kristine is. Through the process I also came to appreciate the timely updates and statuses I received. Since the court system is notoriously slow, I was glad that I never had to ask for an update. Kristine Tammaro handled my divorce and she was nothing short of exceptional. I had multiple issues with a less than responsive spouse. Kristine's advice navigating the process was always on point. Her work was responsive and very thorough. When we were actually in court the magistrate even commented on the agreement that Kristine had written. The magistrate called it the most thorough and complete agreement that she had seen. Additionally, after the divorce there was on piece that my ex still had to sign. She was refusing out of spite. It was going to require me to take her back for "contempt of court." But Kristine had the foresight to include a clause that if the ex refused to sign we could complete the transfer without her signature. This saved me a great deal of time and money. I could not have been better represented. Also her billing practices were very fair. I've hired attorneys in the past and there is always a question about billable hours spent. This was never a question with Kristine. I saved thousands of dollars from what other attorneys I consulted with expected to bill me.

I had a very good experience with Kristine. She drafted some documents to have my custody and child support terms changed, and was very knowledgeable about the processes in different countries and all of the requirements. From start to finish she handled everything smoothly and professionally.

Kristine Tammaro did a fantastic job representing me in a very contentious divorce. Kristine listen to me and my end game with the divorce, she helped me pull together the needed documentation to prove my case in court. In the end, we went to ENE and I won my case because all the documentation I needed to prove my side of the case was put together well by Kristine. The Magistrate sided with me on the debt and the equity I should get paid out of the house, and visitation with my kids. Kristine is a straight up no BS lawyer who will tell you the likely outcome of your case base on you giving her all the facts and documentation for the case. I highly recommend any one to hire Kristine as a lawyer for their divorce, I also recommend that she take you through ENE which will save you a lot of money from a court battle. She also fights for good fathers.

Kristine took on my divorce/ custody case almost a year after filing due to issues with my prior attorney. She knew it was going to be time consuming and difficult. She stood by me every step of the way and kept me in the loop in regards to any communication with the other side. Kristine was very easy to get in touch with and easy to talk to. She fought for me and my daughter. She never pushed me to settle or agree to anything I wasn't comfortable with. In the end she got me what I originally wanted. Having Kristine during my divorce process was comparable to having a close first cousin by my side! She is very quick to respond back to her client and the opposing attorney.
