The worst collector you could imagine serving people with papers during a pandemic are you kidding me. PEOPLE ARE OUT OF JOBS RIGHT NOW!!!

It is with a medley of emotions that I write this review. As a general rule, I do not bring up a couple of months in my life in which I was faced with the toughest of decisions and trying to digest the dizzying sequence of events that led me to Josh Engel's office is still difficult. Nevertheless, this is the first Google Review I have written and it is because I wish to share with you, if I may, how Josh's impact on my life has been a profoundly positive one. I had given up hope until the day that a ten-minute phone call with Josh brought me a measure of comfort I surely fail to adequately articulate with words alone. The sensation of being caught up in a flurry of events over which I had no control is indescribable, but I am writing so that anyone reading this will understand without a doubt, that Josh gave me back that control. Josh fought hard on my case, every single step of the way, and his quick wit and experience gave me renewed strength and fresh resolve. Did I mention he is a Harvard Law Grad...? He is a true professional, and he is genuinely a great man. You would be lucky to have this guy in your corner and I am beyond thankful Joshua Engel was in mine. Shout out to Anna who was a friendly point of contact, who always followed through, and never failed to take care of business. Simply put, Josh gave me my life back. Today I am happily married to the love of my life, making six figures a year, and happy to announce we are expecting twins!!! THANK YOU JOSH!!

My experience working with Engel & Martin was very positive. Both Mr. Engel and Mr. Martin took time to understand my issues with my previous employer and helped me determine the best legal course of action to take. They were professional. aggressive and efficient in moving my claim through the court system. The end result was a reasonable settlement of monetary and related issues. The entire staff at their Mason, Ohio offices were friendly, professional and responsive.

Unethical and immoral, pursuing bills during a global pandemic when everyone is struggling. Karma will catch up to them. No concern for any kind of humanity. Only money

They really love taking on extra charges

I owed a hospital bill of $557.00. I paid 2 payments of $200.00 each for two months. I missed a payment due to having to spend $600.00 for a new hot water heater for my home. I was served with court papers for the other $157.00 on Saturday via US mail. This firm filing these papers added court costs of $88.39. Really? I have numerous bills from a heart attack. I find it hard to keep up with daily expenses...so tack on some more charges. Thanks so much!
