I was in a work related auto accident. The lawyer I had at the time, decided to stop representing me because of the “sticky” legal laws for work accidents. William J Price didn’t hesitate to jump right in and take over. Never once did I doubt I was in the best possible hands. Phone calls and emails were returned without delay. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy, which I know sometimes occurs when seeking counsel. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Bill Price was nothing was "sugar coated". He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. They helped me get a difficult case for me settled. And I believe I got the best possible outcome. I wouldnt have gotten even close if I had tried in my own. Gary and Maria worked hard for me, and always responded with answers to any questions I had.

I took a shot at applying for SSDI on my own, unsuccessfully. When I got to the Hearing phase, I hired Elk and Elk (Martin Kraft). That was successful. Hiring them at the beginning might have shortened the process and reduced the stress.

I was injured in an accident, that was almost a head on collision. A family member said I should call Elk and Elk, and I’m glad I did! All I had to do was focus on recovery, and getting back to work.
