Absolutely Rude... felt like I was bothering the "lady" I talked to about my issue. Took her less then 30 seconds to dismiss me and I had to ask for an explanation as to why my case wasn't something they would pursue. Felt like because they might have to do some work it wasn't worth it to them. Don't waste your time cause unless its a slam dunk it seems as if your not worth their time.

William Price was very professional and knowledgeable. He always return calls or emails in timely manner. Bill always update us and follow up during the entire process. Before I forget to mention, Bill picked up our case from a non productive individual that was heading south and turned it into a possible outcome in a little over a year. Mindy and her team where amazing

I was involved in an automobile accident that was not my fault and chose Elk&Elk to represent me to ensure everything was handled and I wasn’t taken advantage of in anyway. Mindy Elk and her staff of paralegals especially Sue Laske were very helpful in the whole process. They were in constant contact with me to see how I was recovering and would let me know if there was anything on my end that needed done to proceed with my case. They handled everything very professionally and treated me like family and took care of everything for me where there was very little I had to do. I highly recommend them and god forbid I am ever in a situation like this again they will be the first office I contact. 5 Stars hands down!!!

This company iss a rip off

Awesome staff, very knowledgeable about injury cases.

Do not recommend..will convince you they will be able to work your case.:recommend that you attend physical therapy in order to build a case..once they dismiss your case, you're responsible for all of the medical expenses that you didn't really need.. they also have bad attitudes as well.
