Went there as a follow up through the cleveland baseball team advertisement/sponser and am disappointed as to service. Went there for a potential workers comp case and to this very post, have yet to hear back!! Gotta be better... Glad I wrote this review... strict criteria?? Doesn't make sense. For those reading and desiring a firm that will truly represent and you review this firm below 3 stars, hired Tim Misny's firm! They're personable, will review ANY potential case, will reach out and find ANY method personally to be the best law firm not just in cleveland, but northeast ohio!! I wish our cleveland baseball Team would sponsor the Misny law firm!!!

I want to say the firm would probably do more business if the man on the right in the commercials would once in awhile would take the frown off his face……..VERY UNPLEASANT!!!!

They tell u lie the girl that answered the phone doesn't know no about the the law bad attitude they don't care about you they life is just fine don't trust them and don't use them they are liers

Professional and courteous interaction. Staff returned all of my calls/emails promptly. Negotiated exceptable settlement for me. Would definitely call this law office again.

Always replied in a timely manner, answered all my questions, made it easier to understand my choices. I would recommend this company and use them again myself.

I called Elk & Elk for a possible malpractice case for my husband's botched surgery. I was told we had a case of neglect against the surgeon. The attorney said he would call us back. A week later, no call, so I called him. I was told to leave a message on his voicemail, as he was on the phone. I left the message. Three weeks later, no call returned. Words of warning, don't waste your time with Elk & Elk. There are tons of malpractice attorneys in Cincinnati that care and know how to return a phone call. It was a BIG RED FLAG for me. Fortunately it was the beginning of the case and issue at hand, and I found out what the future would hold with these folks just by not returning our first call. Telling a possible client you would call Ohio Medical Board and call back with information and then never call back is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Elk & Elk. What? You want to be paid for your time? Our time is valuable also.
