If I could give 20 stars, I would. I was very hesitant about filing for bankruptcy because I’ve been told all of my life it’s the biggest mistake, however, Mr. Van Ness explained everything in full detail and helped me understand the process. He was clear, understanding, compassionate and answered my many, many questions. He even worked with me when it came to the payment plan. After I filed, I was able to get a new car and my credit score went up 60 points already! It was the best decision I could’ve made when I was swamped in debt. I can’t thank Mr. Van Ness and the front desk ladies enough. You’ve taken a massive burden off of my chest that I’ve been dealing with for years.

My attorney Mr Van Ness provided great assistance with my Bankruptcy. It was a fast and easy process. My attorney did all of the foot work making it easy and stress free on me. The bankruptcy price itself was on the lower end of costs And the online courses were inexpensive as well. He and his assistant Lora are precise, very understanding, and very pleasant. It was really nice working with them. I am really grateful and appreciate all of their efforts and hard work. They offer payment plans if needed as well.
